Veg Music Dimensions

Siobhan has a soulfully unique appeal with her insightful lyrics, dreamy vocals, haunting harmonies, and the sweetly soaring melodies of her guitar and keyboard.  A magnetic presence and an ability to create a warm rapport with audiences make her performances alluring to listeners at festivals, special events, and coffee shops.  With a sound all her own, her musical versatility shines.  She can sing a rootsy, jazzy folk tune, a rhythmic gothic groove, or a pulsating pop number, all served up with sinuous movements in one spicy show.

A self-taught singer/songwriter, guitarist, and keyboard player, Siobhan's distinctive artistry is a multi-layered interplay of sensuousness, passion, vision, and mysticism.  Practicing dance since childhood has been influential in her natural sense of rhythm, which manifests itself in her "play-by-ear" musical approach.

After a two-week canoe trip up the Missouri River with a wilderness studies group in eastern Montana in 1992, Siobhan was inspired to pick up the guitar.  Expanding her musical skills, she began exploring playing keyboards, weaving melodic arrangements into many songs on her first CD project, Love Lives in the Earth, in 2002.  In some songs she also played bass.  In 2004, Siobhan's flourishing musical growth compelled her to write songs on keyboards, significantly embellishing her slinky, esoteric style.

The healing arts, travel (inner: soul) (outer: international), compassionate and complex relationships (human/flora/fauna), unity awareness, balance, transformation, polarities, politics, poetry, and paradox conjure the essence of Siobhan's message.  With authenticity, Siobhan's dynamic style sparkles with intrigue.

Siobhan's second CD project, entitled Anima, was released in August 2005 and can be purchased through this website.
